Students can compete as an individual and /or in a team event.

Juniors              12/13/14 years             300m SWIM       5km CYCLE     2km RUN
Intermediate         15/16 years             300m SWIM     10km CYCLE     3km RUN
Senior Girls      17/18/19 years             300m SWIM     10km CYCLE     3km RUN
Senior Boys     17/18/19 years             300m SWIM      15km CYCLE    4km RUN
