DESCRIPTION:This event serves as the selection trial for the 2027 NSW All Schools Triathlon and Aquathlon teams. \nWednesday 4 November – INDIVIDUAL EVENTS & Thursday 5 November – TEAM EVENTS \nTRIATHLON\nJuniors 12 to 14 Years (Born on or before 31 December 2013\, 2015\, 2015;)\nINDIVIDUAL: 300m Swim; 10km Cycle: 2km Run\nTEAMS: 300m Swim; 10km Cycle: 3km Run\nIntermediate 15\, 16 Years (Born on or before 31 December 2011\, 2012;)\nINDIVIDUAL: 500m Swim; 15km Cycle; 4km Run\nTEAMS: 300m Swim; 10km Cycle; 3km Run\nSenior 17\,18\,19 Years (Born on or before 31 December 2008\, 2009\, 2010;)\nINDIVIDUAL: 750m Swim; 20km Cycle; 5km Run\nTEAMS: 300m Swim; 10km Cycle; 3km Run \nAQUATHON\nJuniors 12 to 14 Years (Born on or before 31 December 2013\, 2015\, 2015;)\nINDIVIDUAL: 300m Swim; 2km Run\nIntermediate 15\, 16 Years (Born on or before 31 December 2011\, 2012;)\nINDIVIDUAL: 500m Swim; 4km Run\nSenior 17\,18\,19 Years (Born on or before 31 December 2008\, 2009\, 2010;)\nINDIVIDUAL: 750m Swim;  5km Run \nTeam Rules\nEach team must comprise three athletes – one swimmer\, one cyclist and one runner;\nMixed teams are to comprise in male division and the oldest age group category of the team;\nRelay teams must have three competitors from the same school;\nDue to safety and capacity considerations\, entries will be capped for the teams event. Each individual school is permitted to enter a maximum of five teams per age division and gender (for example five Intermediate Boys and five Intermediate Girls teams); \nBike Restrictions\nThe following equipment restrictions will apply for the NSW All Schools Race:\n(i) The bicycle may be on-road\, off-road or youth-style. No “time trial” style bicycles are allowed. No recumbent-style bicycles are allowed. No BMX bikes are allowed.\n(ii) Only standard drop\, straight\, or curved handlebars are allowed. No aero or time trial bars may be attached to the bike or used during competition.\n(iii) For all events wheels must have at least 16 spokes.\n(iv) No disc wheels or wheel covers are allowed.\n(v) Carbon wheels must be no deeper than 60mm\n(vi) Only detachable tyres and tubes shall be used\n(vii) Time trial style helmets may NOT be used. \nCost – A sport nomination fee of $75.00 per team\, $60.00 per individual triathlon event and $45 per individual aquathon event will be charged to your Term 4 Ancillary Fees. \nNBCS REGISTRATIONS FORM – Will close Friday 16 October.
