Students will learn from a range of experts about nutrition and balanced eating. They will develop cooking techniques for a range of cuisines, feasting on their creations. The program includes offsite workshops as well as sessions in the NBCS kitchens. They will learn new skills and take part in team building.

This is a day program based at school with several day trips during the week. Morning Tea and Lunch provided.
