Basketball Sessions with Rachel

We are excited to share three basketball training sessions with you to keep your fitness and ball skills sharp whilst we await the return of Community Sport. Join our NBCS Coach, Rachel Duncan. You will require a basketball, some cones or markers, a hoop and a hard wall such as the side of your house (not too close to any windows!!)
