Primary Community Picnic – Friday 28 February

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We hope that you have experienced a wonderful start to the 2020 school year!

On Friday 28 February, we would love you to join us for a Primary Community Picnic from 5:00pm – 7:00pm. The picnic is a great way of welcoming new families and an opportunity to strengthen connections, build community and continue to grow relationships.

Picnic Details

• Located on the school oval.
• Please bring your own food, beverages, picnic rug or chairs.
• A number of barbecues will be available.
• Alternatively, the Solace Cafe van will be serving up Fairtrade Organic Coffee, Teas & Hot Chocolate. PLUSdelicious street food including: Sticky Pork Belly Bao Burgers (succulent braised pork and Asian salad in a steamed Yum Cha-style ‘clamshell’ bun), Special Egg Fried Rice (GF and Vego) and Jumbo Prawn Crackers; as well as wholesome choc chip cookies and brownies.
• A giant inflatable “Ninja run” will be provided to entertain the children.
• Gelato will also be available for purchase.

There will be NO child minding facilities provided after school as the event will start at 5:00pm. Please RSVP here to indicate your attendance at the picnic. There is no need to complete the form if you are not able to attend.

Parking

Parking will be available in the marked parking bays within the school grounds. When the site is full, a sign will be placed in a prominent location in the turning circle to indicate this. Please refer to the linked map for suitable off-site parking options. Drop-off will be available for low-mobility visitors throughout the event.
