NBCS is excited to announce a new partnership with the German International School Sydney (GISS), the Youth Development Partner of one of Germany’s most prominent professional football clubs – Borussia Dortmund (BVB).
Best known for its Bundesliga team and commitment to developing young players, Borussia Dortmund has established a global network of youth development centres. This new initiative will bring their expertise directly to interested boys and girls at NBCS, from Kindergarten through to Year 11.
Program Details
Commencing in 2026, NBCS students will have the opportunity to participate in the term-time BVB training program alongside GISS students throughout the year. The program will be led by an experienced BVB youth development coordinator. Sessions will be tailored to the age and skill level of participants to ensure appropriate development.
As an introductory offer, the academy program will be available at a cost of $360 per term (based on one session per week across a 9-week term). Additional sessions may be offered as the program expands.
