Inaugural STEM pathway event a success

NBCS recently hosted a STEM pathways and careers event for our Secondary students, promoting the breadth of opportunities available after Year 12.

External professionals in engineering, maths, sport science and digital technology spoke with students at lunchtime. Year 10 students then heard our guests share their career stories. We also had representatives from ANU and Macquarie University showcasing course options.

It was exciting to see students take advantage of this opportunity and we are grateful to our guests who generously shared their time, enthusiasm, and expertise. In future years, we’d love to invite more alumni back to share their experiences.
